There is nothing better than when Queens come together. This time I want you to meet me in NYC for a bikram (hot yoga) session. Join me as we uplift our spirit by releasing all that negative energy that has been weighing us down.
Bikram is a system derived from hatha yoga techniques and popularized beginning in the early 1970s. All Bikram Yoga Beginning Series classes run for 90 minutes and consist of the same series of 26 postures, including two breathing exercises.
Please bring a mat, towel, a bottle of water, and a friend!
